Chanel cannot refurbish bags that aren't leather. My husband was on a BMW forum and folks were recommending a product called 303 Aerospace protector. Well, yesterday I was talking to my SA trying to reserve an item from the upcoming collection when she mentioned she has a few caramel chanel 19s coming in so I jumped at the opportunity and reserved one instead of the emerald green mini .
I just got my first Chanel bag, and while I was choosing I thought about a Gabrielle in the small along with a Large or Medium Boy. I ultimately went with my gut and saved up very diligently and got the super expensive Classic Flap in the medium because i knew the latter is a TRUE classic, and I would never second guess my choice. I personally don’t love regular 19 bags because of the slouchy shape. But I do find the 19 WOC very appealing to me. It has all the classic features that a 19 bag has, the mixed metal chain, the short chain top handle and the chain around CC logo. You have more ways to carry the 19 WOC than the classic one. I like my bags to be easy to use, and functional, and the boy was quite the opposite. Getting in or out because of the huge and thick lap was driving me crazy, not to mention the gaps on the both sides. If you are looking for a causal daily bag from Chanel - the 19 is perfect in my opinion. ••• If you've had a Chanel 19 and sold it, or found that it didn't work for you, please share what size/leather/color you had and why it didn't work for you. Both Chanel bags are black. I wear a lot of black so that works well. However I’ve chosen my everyday bags mainly because of their fabric. I live in an incredibly cold and rainy place.
