The tag inside says made in Bosnia, whereas the trenchcoat I have says made in the UK. Does anybody know if they are now making the coats in Bosnia as. So I'm annoyed with Burberry. I had bought a trench coat two years ago and I was told by the store that when cleaning the coat that it would need to be processed in a special manner by the Burberry store. The sales associate said confirmed that I could take it to any store to have it cleaned. I used to love Burberry - a great British brand standing for heritage, tradition and style with a modern twist. But since the re-branding mistakes and the big aggressive logos (TB/BURBERRY) and sustainability scandals (overproduction and burning of products) Burberry just stands for bad design, aggressive marketing and lack of ethics.

I totally disagree with you! Burberry has awesome customer service and is a brand with high quality. My mother bought a burberry shoe a year and a half ago and only wore it once because it was the wrong size and she waited a year and a half to go back to the Burberry boutique to ask if she can get a larger size for the shoe and Burberry let her.
